600x600mm/ 600x1200mm Metal Ceiling Panel Fleece Coating Machine
This machine is specially designed for manufacturing high-performance acoustic ceiling panels. It integrates professional non-woven fleece coating and laminating functions, and works perfectly with perforated metal ceiling production lines. It ensures stable, uniform and firm lamination between non-woven fabric and perforated aluminum or steel ceiling boards, significantly enhancing sound absorption performance, appearance and overall product quality.

Fleece stick main machine → drying oven → Brush & cooling

Production Flow Details:
Preparatory step: Manually place the non-woven fabric coil ( black paper coil) on the coil shelf, thread the fabric around the weight bar and guide rollers, secure it initially with clamps, and press the middle section against the glue roller.
Operation: Start the machine, manually feed the ceiling panels on the c. ceiling paper input board . Once detected, the conveyor moves the board to the coating zone. The fabric-feeding component pulls a fixed length of non-woven fabric above the aluminum panel, cuts it with heat, and a manipulator places it onto the panels. A flattening mechanism smooths the fabric onto the board. After completion, the conveyor belt moves the finished board out and brings in the next one.
Post-processing: Finished boards move to next drying oven.
Drying oven:
Heating method: Equipped with infrared carbon fiber heating tubes for rapid heating and effective glue curing.
Conveying system: Teflon mesh belt is adopted, featuring excellent thermal stability, anti-aging performance, and good expandability.
Drying zone configuration: Three-section drying area with voltage-type temperature control; heating temperature is adjustable automatically, with a peak heating power of 16 kW.
Internal airflow design: Equipped with impellers inside the drying oven to drive air circulation, accelerating water evaporation.
Moisture exhaust: A cross-flow fan is installed at the end of the device to expel moisture.
Cooling process: A fan blows air onto the ceiling panels for rapid cooling, allowing the panels to be packaged directly afterward.
