LMS T Grid Making Machine serves as a supporting production line for lay-in metal ceilings. It features fully automatic roll forming, with punching and cutting completed in one single process.

This machine can produce main tees up to 3660mm in length, and cross tees in 600mm and 1200mm lengths. Length conversion is achieved via a quick-change system, while switching between inch and metric dimensions is realized through positioning pins.

With high efficiency, stable performance, and easy operation, our fully automatic T grid production line provides an ideal solution for manufacturing high-precision ceiling suspension components.

Uncoiler: 2set, manual decoiler, loading 1.5Ton

LMS T bar ceiling roll forming machine comes with two high-efficiency decoilers for galvanized and color-coated steel coils. Roller-driven design ensures accurate alignment with the main forming unit. We can customize decoiler inner/outer diameters and load capacity as per your requirements.

LMS T-bar ceiling roll forming machine rollers are made of Cr12 steel with hardness HRC 55–56°, ensuring forming accuracy within 0.05 mm. The main shaft uses heat-treated 45# steel for high stability and durability. Protective shields are available for enhanced safety. Production speed reaches up to 30 m/min, greatly improving efficiency.

LMS ceiling T-grid roll forming machines can be fitted with multiple punching dies. Made of SKD11 steel with hardness HRC 58–60 and precision-machined, they ensure efficient and stable production.

The cutting system adopts flying shear for non-stop continuous cutting, with accuracy within 0.1 mm to meet strict production demands.
