Description

This FrameMac rolling punch wall angle machine is specially designed for producing ceiling wall angle / L-angle trim profiles for suspended ceiling systems. It integrates decoiler, continuous roll forming, servo punching, hydraulic cutting in one compact production line.

The machine feeds galvanized steel coil automatically, forms the L-shaped wall angle profile step by step through precision forming rollers, finishes pre-set notches and holes by servo punching unit, then cuts profiles to custom fixed length at high speed. All punching positions, hole patterns and finished lengths are adjustable via the HMI touch screen, to match different ceiling grid project requirements.
